By accessing or using the Gkaart app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Service Area

Gkaart services are available only in selected areas of Maharashtra.


2. User Account & Information

Users are responsible for providing correct and complete information such as name, mobile number and delivery address.

Gkaart will not be responsible for delivery failures caused due to incorrect information provided by the user.


3. Product Availability

All products displayed in the app are subject to availability.
If a product is out of stock, Gkaart may cancel or modify the order.


4. Pricing & Charges

Product prices, delivery charges and offers may change at any time without prior notice.


5. Payments

Gkaart accepts the following payment methods:

  • UPI

  • Debit / Credit Cards

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)


6. 🖼️ Product Images Disclaimer

All product images shown on the Gkaart app or website are for reference purposes only.

The actual delivered product may differ in:

  • colour

  • design

  • packaging

  • label

  • shape

Gkaart does not guarantee that the delivered product will exactly match the displayed image.
However, the brand, quantity and product category will remain the same as mentioned in the order.


7. 🔔 Communication Consent

You agree that Gkaart may contact you through calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails and app notifications for order updates, delivery information, refunds and service-related communications.


8. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability (As-Is Basis)

Gkaart provides its services on an “as-is” basis.
Gkaart shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption or error caused due to technical issues, network failures, weather conditions, traffic, system failures or third-party services.


9. 🔐 Account Misuse / Suspension

If any user is found involved in fraud, misuse, fake orders or any illegal activity, Gkaart reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account without prior notice.


10. 📦 Delivery Responsibility

Delivery will be attempted only at the registered delivery address.
The customer must be available at the time of delivery.


11. ⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters related to the Gkaart app and website shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
