🔁 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • wrong item delivered

  • damaged product

  • expired product

Customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
(UPI, Card, Wallet or COD, as applicable).

The refund will be completed within 5–7 working days.


❌ No Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

  • return request without a valid reason

  • product has already been used or tampered with
